This is Halo. With your guided meditation for calm and peace.
Stress is an all too common human experience and while we cannot completely abolish stress from our lives we can manage and process it efficiently so that we can still live our best lives. Today's meditation will help you unwind, help you relax so that you can inner calm that yields peace of mind. And that is what we all are seeking.
Start by just settling into a comfortable body position. Take your time. Observe your breath as it comes in and flows out. And you can either visualize or actually get a piece of paper to draw on. If you are visualizing, you're going to visualize four clouds. And if you are using a piece of paper, take out four pieces of paper and draw clouds on each. These clouds represent energy essence and you are going to choose what energy they hold. You're going to visualize the words being in the clouds. And if you are using paper, just write the word inside of the cloud that you draw.
You're going to use four words. I'm going to give you three and I want you to choose a fourth one that works for you. PEACE to the left. Visualize that word in the cloud to your left or write it on the paper to your left. And you can pause this recording so that you have enough time. In front of you, the word CALM. Draw the word calm or visualize the word calm. And to the right, the energy of the word serenity, visualize it being in the cloud or write it on the piece of paper.
And then one last cloud is above you, you're going to choose a word that's still in the realm of peace, serenity, and calm. Whatever word you want. It can just be love. It can be wellness. Whatever you want. see that word being written in the cloud or drawing it on the piece of paper. And if you are using the piece of paper, just place it behind it. If you are visualizing, let the light from the clouds above you cascade down the channels of your back. So that all sides are covered. To the left, in front, to the right, and behind and also above.
Beneath you, all of the energy converges. Think of it as a melting pot. A swirl of all of these energies unifying and beaming back up to you from below.
Just be present with this beautiful energy. Let it seep into every cell. Your entire aura and all of your chakra. Watch it as it flows throughout your being. Notice as it dances along your eyelashes, tickles your belly button, and hugs you in a deep embrace. Just befriend the energy of peace, calm, serenity, and whatever else you chose.
And when you are ready, you are going to hand over any worries or concerns. Whatever is causing your stress, you're going to offer it to the Divine and surrender the how, when and where it will be resolved. Just cast all of your cares into the loving hands of the Divine to take care of. Let go and just be at peace. Just for this moment. You can pick up those worries after. Just in this moment bask in the beauty of peace. Honor what it feels like to be completely stress-free. And so it is. We've now reached the conclusion of this meditation. Take these energies with you throughout your day. And just see the clouds dissipating and you can keep or burn the papers. I'm wishing you all nothing but the very best.
This is Halo signing off.
