Purchasing PathForward Telephone and Psychic Chat Online Service Time Online ("e-Commerce")

Our website,, offers you the opportunity to add dollars to your account for our telephone and Psychic Chat, Direct Messages, and Video Online services. By creating a PathForward account you agree that e-Commerce is provided as a convenience and PathForward or reserves the right to restrict any member from using such service. Any and all new member offers apply to first-time customers who have never made a PathForward purchase. Falsely created accounts will be subject to review and suspension. All questions regarding telephone service memberships should be directed to our Customer Service line at 1.866.866.5949. Because of the sensitivity of your personal information, we cannot answer emails regarding account membership information. You agree that the information you provide us is true, accurate and complete.

Registration, Customer Accounts, Use of Site

Before you make any purchases, you must first establish a customer account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your customer account information, including your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify PathForward immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. You may be held liable for losses incurred by or any other User of the website due to someone else using your PIN or customer account. You may not use anyone else's PIN or customer account at any time. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, assist others in making such attempts or distribute instructions, software or tools for that purpose. Should you attempt to do so, your customer account will be terminated. You agree to provide us with accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your billing information as prompted by the registration process. You may update any of your customer account information, designate a different credit card to be billed or change the applicable expiration date on your currently designated credit card, by clicking on the Login button, logging into your account and selecting the appropriate link. You may not use any automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy, probe, test or monitor any portion of the website or any Content. Conditions of Sale and Payment Terms

To purchase any goods and/or services on our website, You must be (a) at least eighteen (18) years of age or the applicable state age of majority, whichever is older (b) a natural person (no corporations, partnerships or other legal entities. Prior to the purchase of any services on our website, You must provide us with a valid credit card number and associated payment information including all of the following: (i) your name as it appears on the card, (ii) your credit card number, (iii) the credit card type, (iv) the date of expiration and (v) any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your card. By submitting that information to us, you hereby agree that you authorize us to charge your card at our convenience but within thirty (30) days of credit card authorization.

If you would like to close or suspend your account, please contact Customer Support at 1.866.866.5949.  We do not offer cancellations of service, other than subscriptions.  Please see our subscription policies below. PathForward is a prepaid service and we will only refund unused purchase balances on your account.

State and Local Tax

The tax rate applied to your purchase will be the combined state and local tax based on your billing address. Currently, we charge all applicable taxes for New York state.

Satisfaction Guarantee, "Peace of Mind Promise"

While every attempt possible is made to provide you with a community of authentic, screened Psychics, we understand that there may be times when you do not have a psychic reading that fully meets your expectations. Our Satisfaction Guarantee is intended to provide you with an opportunity to find a Psychic that provides you with an exceptional reading experience at no risk to you. To request a refund, call Customer Support at 1.866.866.5949 or send an email by visiting the Contact Us page.

If you are a current customer of PathForward and are unhappy with your last paid psychic reading, we will be happy to give you the time back to talk to another Psychic in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • You must request your time back within one (1) day.

  • The time will only be refunded for your last paid psychic reading, up to 20 minutes.

  • The time back will be applied to your account in PathForward Dollars equivalent to the amount of time up to 20 minutes at the rate per minute of the Psychic with whom you had your last paid reading. No cash refunds will be issued.

  • If the paid reading used the New Customer Welcome offer, those dollars will be returned to your account as PathFoward Dollars. You can then have one additional reading at the Welcome Offer rate. 
  • Upon requesting and receiving your time back, you may not make another request for time back with the same Psychic. The Peace of Mind Promise may only be used one time per Psychic.

  • If you're not satisfied with a Direct Message exchange with a Psychic, we will give you the time back in PathForward Dollars for the equivalent of 2 minutes of time (one send/receive), at the rate you paid for that exchange.

  • PathForward Dollars are not eligible for refunds in the form of time back or money back.
  • Your PathForward account must be in good standing to request and receive your time back.

If you are a first-time customer of PathForward and are requesting a cash refund within one (1) day of your first psychic reading, we will gladly issue a refund. Please note that PathForward reserves the right to prevent you from using the service in the future.

PathForward reserves the right to refuse any request for time back.

Missed and/or Canceled Appointments

Any appointment made can be canceled by accessing your account at or through Customer Support at 866.866.5949 and select “0” to speak with a Customer Support Expert. When you cancel a scheduled appointment, all fees will be credited to your PathForward account for use on future readings. Repeatedly missing appointments may impact your ability to create future appointments with our Psychics. PathForward reserves the right to suspend your ability to use the appointment feature in the event of repeated missed appointment.

Methods of Payment, Credit Card Terms

All payments must be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Diners club (each of which may be removed by in its sole discretion). Unless expressly set forth on the site, we do not accept any other payment form. If we offer or accept any other form of payment, You hereby agree to all restrictions, terms and conditions associated with such additional form of payment. Your card issuer agreement governs your use of your designated card, and you must refer to that agreement and not this Terms of Use to determine your rights and liabilities as a cardholder. YOU, AND NOT, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Unless you notify of any discrepancies within thirty (30) days after they first appear on your credit card statement, you agree they will be deemed accepted by You for all purposes. Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to provide service. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All payment information must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any purchase.

Under no circumstances will we be liable to any Subscriber, non-Subscriber, Customer or Non-Customer regarding the use of this Service. Our maximum liability shall be no more than the fee You have paid PathForward, if any.

The User of the website does so at the User's risk. Neither PathForward nor any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, merchants, sponsors licensors and/or the like, warrant that any of the websites will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the website or any future websites developed by PathForward nor, as to the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any information content, service, or merchandise provided through the website. We do not guarantee that this site or emails from us will be free of viruses or harmful components. Improper Use

You must not use the website, chat, and/or video services or the telephone service for any fraudulent, harassing, or offensive or illegal activity. Lewd or lascivious behavior that is indecent, will not be tolerated and will result in your being suspended from using the service. You agree not to engage in any activity that would impair the proper functioning of the website. You must not, and by using the website agree not to, impersonate another person or submit materials that contain viruses or other programming routines or engines intended to damage, interfere with or intercept any system, data or information. We may investigate occurrences that we believe may involve any such activity and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting any violations of law. If you exhibit any of this activity, PathForward has the right to suspend your account.

This Terms & Conditions Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and us and governs you use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between You and us with respect to the Service.

Subscription Membership Terms and Conditions


  • Your PathForward "Inner Circle" Subscription membership will continue month-to-month and automatically renew until terminated. To use the PathForward service you must have Internet access and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. "Payment Method" means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month's membership fees to your Payment Method (see "Cancellation" below). We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership in the PathForward "Inner Circle" Subscription program at our discretion.

Billing and Cancellation
  • Billing Cycle: The subscription fee for the PathForward "Inner Circle" service will be charged on a monthly basis to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of the paying portion of your subscription until your subscription is cancelled. Subscription fees are fully earned upon payment. In some cases, your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month. For example, if you signed up on December 10, 2020 and decide to cancel on January 2, 2021, your subscription will be valid until January 10, 2021. Visit our website and click on the "Manage Subscription" link on the "Account" page to see your next payment date. The monthly charge will appear on your statement as PathForward 18003583372.

  • Payment Methods: To use the PathForward service you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You can update your Payment Methods by going to the "Account" page and clicking on "Manage Payments". Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s). You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated to your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your PathForward "Inner Circle" subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the benefits of the PathForward "Inner Circle" subscription program through the end of your monthly billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods. To cancel, please call our Customer Support at 1.866.866.5949. If you cancel your subscription, your subscription will automatically terminate at the end of your current billing period.   • Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans: We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions, any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will take effect following notice to you.

  • No Refunds: PathForward "Inner Circle" payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the subscription service through the end of your current billing period. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our subscribers. The amount and form of such provision, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of a refund or otherwise, in one instance does not entitle you to this service in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide them in the future, under any circumstance.

  • Communication: We may send you email and other communications related to your PathForward "Inner Circle" Subscription regardless of any settings or preferences related to your PathForward Account.

  • Guarantee: The PathForward "Peace of Mind Promise" does not apply to the FREE reading you will receive as part of your "Inner Circle" package.

Other Limitations
  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership in our discretion.

PathForward Psychics Mobile Message Service (SMS Service)

Your use of the PathForward Psychics Mobile Message Service (the “Service”) constitutes your agreement to these specific terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes. We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Your consent to receive autodialed marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. If you opt into Marketing messages, you will receive marketing and promotional messages. If you opt into Updates messages, you will receive order updates, account alerts, and other account related information. Both services will be sent from PathForward Psychics via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Message and data rates may apply. You can receive up to three messages per week.

By subscribing to the Service, you provide your express consent and opt in to receiving text messages as described in these Mobile Terms and the description of this service appearing elsewhere on our website.  Text the single keyword command STOP to 1-888-279-8721 to cancel at any time. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. If you have subscribed to other PathForward Psychics mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information with us related to your receipt of messages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
