Here's everything you need to know:
It's easy. Visit Our Psychics to find a Psychic who takes appointments – or visit your Psychic’s bio page. Click on the "Appointments" button and select a day/time and length that works for you. To finalize your appointment booking, you'll be asked to pay in advance to hold your psychic reading appointment.
You'll pay the rate per minute x the amount of time you choose for your appointment. We offer 10, 15, 30, 45, 60-minute length appointments. For example – if you select a 30-minute appointment, you will pay $5 (rate per min) x 30 minutes = $150.
Got a calendar full of upcoming events? No prob. Let us remind you about your scheduled psychic reading near your start time. Upon booking your appointment, those living in the U.S have the option to share your mobile phone # to receive a reminder text 15 minutes before your appointment (your carrier standard message & data rates may apply). Also – after scheduling your appointment, we'll send you a confirmation email as well as a reminder email a few hours before your scheduled time.
For phone and chat psychic readings, sign in to your PathForward account, go to the "My Appointments" page and click the "Join Now" button – you may join within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. If you booked a phone appointment and cannot join via your account, we'll call you 5 minutes before your appointment time.
Ugh! Technical difficulties. If your appointment suddenly disconnects, any unused funds will be returned to your account balance. You can then visit your Psychic's bio page to see if they're available to reconnect. Still having issues? Our Customer Support team is standing by - please call 1.866.866.5949 and hit "0" for assistance.
If you're running late (it happens), your appointment will be considered missed. But don't worry. We'll return your funds to your account balance. If you still want to talk to your Psychic, go ahead and book another appointment or see if they're available to connect now.
If your Psychic cancels your appointment, we'll reach out via email to notify you and credit your $ back to your account balance. And don't forget to reschedule – our Psychics look forward to speaking with you.

Life happens. If you miss your appointment, we'll automatically credit your $ back to your PathForward account balance. Please note that repeatedly missing appointments may impact your ability to schedule appointments with our Psychics. PathForward reserves the right to suspend your ability to use the appointment feature in the event of repeated missed appointments. (See Terms and Conditions for more info).
Can't stay the entire duration of your appointment? No worries. We will return the dollars of the unused portion of your appointment back to your account balance.
Loving the guidance you're receiving? That's what we're here for! If your Psychic does not have an upcoming appointment, you'll have the option to extend your reading via our Fast Path feature.
