The Mindful Path EP1: Rejuvenation Under the Equinox

Blessings abundant to all of you. This is Halo here with another guided meditation. And, today's meditation is on rejuvenate. The Spring Equinox is one of the best times to rejuvenate ourselves, to heal, and manifest because the energy of the Spring Equinox is about creation, newness birthing. And so, because that is the natural, prevalent energy around us during this time, it will double up, triple amplify, and intensify our desires, our intentions.

First, just intend to be present and trace your breath, notice as the energy of the air enters your nostrils filling up the lungs, and trace it as it's exhaled out through your mouth. Again, inhale, feel the lungs rising and expanding. Exhale, notice as the energy flows out time. One more time. 

You're going to bring your fingers in front of you. Whichever is your dominant hand and you're going to hold them in the position for snapping your fingers. So, bring those fingers in front of you. Focus on those fingers and as you focus you're going to snap at once. (snap) Again bring your focus to your fingers holding them together right in front of you. (snap) Again for a third time. (snap) Good, you are focused and connected to your body.

Bring your fingers in front of your face once again and visualize a seed that represents whatever it is that you would like to heal. Whatever it is you would like to rekindle and rejuvenate. Perhaps it is your wallet. Perhaps it is your health, your mental and emotional states. Whatever it is you're going to visualize that seed being created in your fingers. As you hold it in front of your face, your eyes remain open. 

This seed can be large. It can be small. The color is up to you. The geometric shape should be one that you feel in harmony with and just state with your vocal power into the seed you are imbuing the seed with your vocal power about what you want it to rejuvenate. 

Speak it. 

Notice as this energetic seed takes on your desire, takes on your energy. When you're ready you're going to drop the seed or you can bend down and place it into the earth or into the floor. And see it going into all the way down to the Earth. Mother Nature's energy is the soil. It nurtures the seed. The element of water comes around to balance and water your seed.

The Sun, which represents the Divine cosmic energy, is shining down. Notice as their seed begins to grow and Ascend upward. Your creation, your manifestation, is beginning to grow into your reality. Give it time, watch it as it peeks out from the floor. Out from the earth growing upwards towards the light notice what your plant looks like. The seed of your desire is now transformed into a blossoming plant.

Notice the color and shape: how big/how small. And as it blooms wider, its scent fills up your space, its light radiates all around, and you can feel the presence of this creation. Know that this energetic plant will help you to manifest and rejuvenate whatever your desire is.
