Relax and enjoy a guided meditation of focus and visualization to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. What is your personal environment? It is YOU and the immediate things around/connected to you such as your body, home, car, home office, your favorite chair, and your meditation area.
This meditation will support you in bringing the healing/balancing energy of the Earth into your environment to cleanse your mind-body-SPACE. During the pandemic, this is especially important.
So start off with turning off anything that would distract you. You can take a walking meditation if you have the ability to do so. If not, you can sit or lie down. But walking during an Earth medication will help you actually be around nature and connect more to nature as you're doing this meditation.
Bring your focus to the floor or the ground if you're outside. Just have an appreciation for it. And as that appreciation grows you're going to notice that there is a subtle vibration, a subtle energy, and Light from Mother Nature.
Beckon this energy to come up from the Earth. If it is just a sensation, that is fine. If there a color with the light, that is fine, just go with what you are seeing and perceiving and feeling and hearing.
This energy from the Earth travels up your feet and into your toes. Up your ankles. And as it does it is cleansing away anything that does not serve your highest good. Let this light, let this energy freely flow up your leg channels into your knees. To your thighs and into your hips.
The energy and light flows into your root chakra and it travels up the rest of the Chakra system. From the root to the sacral. Solar plexus, heart, throat, brow, and out the crown chakra. The energy then flows down and back to the Earth. Just like a fountain the energy flows up from your feet throughout your entire body and then out your crown chakra back down to the Earth. Let this energy cleanse and clear not only your space but your soul, your emotions, your mental state.
It might begin to rain. The sun might be setting or rising as you do this meditation. Whatever is the prevalent atmosphere in the Earth just witness it. If it's cloudy, if the moon's out. And whenever you are ready you can come out of your meditative state.
I will leave you with this last note. Because of the pandemic, many are in their homes more than they normally are so our energy is saturating the space more so you might need to cleanse and clear your personal environment more now that you're at home throughout the day.
