Today we are focusing on winding down from work. The truth is energy is structureless. It likes to ebb and flow and so, the energy from your work life might trickle into your home life, your hobbies and your vacation time. Which can rob you of being present and enjoying your life.
So let's just set the intention right now to leave work at work. Once setting that intention, I want you to focus on your body, asking your higher awareness where you are storing stress, and tension, the energy from work in your body.
You might get an itch, a part might feel uncomfortable, your mental focus might just go to a certain spot. Let this serve as awareness.
Where are you storing the energy of work in your body? Make a mental note of each area that stands out to you. It will be multiple areas. And, think of that area deciding to let go of that energy and you can verbally say "I give (whichever area) permission to release this energy" and see that energy having wings. Flying back to work and leaving you in peace.
Just watch it as it flies away, out of your body, out of your room, out of your space, out of your consciousness...
And at the pace that feels right for you, you're going to visualize a large, golden strainer or a net, and have it around your home. Ask yourself, where am I? Where is my consciousness? And if you notice that your consciousness, your spirit, your soul is residing at work, CALL YOUR ENERGY BACK. Invite it to come back and as it does, it goes through this [golden] strainer, clearing off all worries, all stress, all tension, all draining energy and it just leaves the vibrancy of your true energy essence. Breathe in your energy as it returns.
Now instruct yourself to remain present within your own presence wherever you are and for it to remain so until you state otherwise. If you are in agreement with this, answer out loud with a resounding: YES.
