No matter what's going on in life, we always have access to spiritual energy. We simply have to make time to befriend it. Easier said than done, right? Not so fast! Breathwork is a manageable way to manifest experiencing this healing and loving energy at any moment.
After regularly modifying your breath, you will notice positive changes that are long-lasting. When you develop a long-term relationship with spiritual energy, your psychic abilities and intuition will get stronger.
Blessings abundant to all of you. This is Halo here with another guided meditation.
Two of the most powerful ways for channeling and feeling the spiritual energy that's all around us is through your breath and intention. Matching up your intention with your breath is also known as breathwork. And in today's guided meditation, I will walk you through a three-step process that uses breathwork so that you are in the power position and able to manage this healing, loving, life force energy that's abundantly present within your life.
We'll start by just noticing. Just tracing the air as it enters and exits your body. And as you do so, do not judge it, do not try to change it, just appreciate it for what it is. Have gratitude for the natural rhythm of your breath.
And at the pace that feels right for you, choose a finger on your right hand, and you are going to place that finger on your right nostril and then you are going to inhale through your left nostril, then when you switch to the left side by pinching down the left nostril, you're going to exhale through your right nostril. We're going to do this for a ten-count breath.
Pinch the right nostril now. Inhale through the left nostril. Switch to the left nostril, pinch it down, exhale through the right nostril. Again.
[Keep breathing in the same way to finish the ten breaths] Now you're going to match up this breath with an affirmation or a word: such as love, such as joy, such as peace. And you're going to say that word internally as you inhale and exhale. You're going to switch to using your left hand, choose a finger on your left hand to pinch down the left nostril and then as you inhale you'll say your word, and then when you exhale switch the finger over to the right nostril pinching it down and exhaling out the left nostril. We're going to do this for the same ten breaths. Beginning now.
Well done. Now go into your natural rhythm of breath again. Intend to tap into the spiritual energy that's circulating throughout your breath, throughout your body. Have gratitude for it and ask this spiritual energy to reveal itself to you in a heightened way so that you can experience it more profoundly.
As this is said we know that it is so, and so it is.
