What's in Store for gemini in 2023:
Money, Love, Career

Even though Neptune is back on his own in your career sector as you move into 2023 Jupiter, the planet of luck and expansion left just 11 days earlier for the second time last year. What began in December 2021 didn’t fully run its course until Jupiter left 12 months later but rather than the end of the story, this is just the beginning. As Jupiter moved into and out of your career sector last year he connected with Neptune, the planet of dreams and fantasies here for the first and only time in our lifetime. Jupiter may have moved on, but Neptune is still here, keeping the dream and the momentum alive. While it would be enough for the faster planets, starting with Venus’ return on 27th January and ending with the Sun’s departure on 21st March to keep the momentum going there is a planet on the way that will do most of the heavy lifting.

That planet is Saturn, who returns to your career sector on 8th March for the first time since 1996 to spend the next three years with Neptune, creating a very real chance to turn the dream into reality. Neptune might be all about the dream, but Saturn is all about discipline, structure, doing whatever it takes for as long as it takes and he returns just as Jupiter has moved through, opening doors and setting everything up for success. Jupiter has since moved on, with the planet of luck and expansion in your sector of friendship, teamwork and networking until 17th May, making this an important and expansive time for all your human connections. During this time, luck will be at work when it comes to both who you spend time with and who might come into your life, often finding yourself in the right place at the right time.

On 17th May Jupiter will return to Taurus, which is the last stop for any planet before returning to Gemini. While Jupiter won’t return to Gemini to begin your next 12 year Jupiter cycle of expansion until 26th May 2024, this is when the job of bringing this current cycle home and of closing old doors will begin. You will have a taste of what is to come with Mars not only in Gemini until 26th March but for what is his longest visit in eight decades. Mars begins the year in retrograde motion but once he turns direct on 13th January he will be ready to get back up to speed and to make things happen. Also on the move this year is Pluto, who over 14 years after returning to your financial sector in 2008 will leave on 24th March. Pluto will retrograde back in on 11th June to tie up loose ends, but his transition into his first visit to your sector of adventure, travel, learning and discovery in our lifetime will have begun. Pluto is all about change and after helping you to take your financial power back, he is ready to expand your world.

Gemini Money Horoscope for 2023

Because the Sun will always spend the last 10 days and the first three weeks of each year in your financial sector, the solar spotlight is always on your financial situation and money matters as you move into any new financial year. Apart from a Full Moon in your income sector on 7th January, there is no planetary activity on the income side of the financial fence and there will be none until when on 26th March, Mars will return for his first visit to your income sector in two years. Until then, the focus is on the other side of the financial fence, where it is more about what you do with and how you manage the money you have, which is what you would expect and is par for the course at this time of year. To begin with, apart from starting the year with Mercury in retrograde motion in your financial sector, it is business as usual. That includes starting the year with Pluto, the planet of change and revolution here, which he has been since 2008.

Mercury will remain in retrograde motion until 19th January, giving you a chance to spend time back at the drawing board and even while the Sun is looking to the future, ensure you have all your bases covered. There is also another reason why Mercury’s retrograde phase is especially significant, but in the early days of the year the focus is more on Venus, who will not only leave your financial sector on 3rd January but once she is gone, unlike the Sun and Mercury who will both return in December, the planet of money won’t be back until 2024. The Sun will not only keep the solar spotlight on your financial situation and money matters until leaving on 20th January but will work to keep it real. Venus, on the other hand, is working to update your financial desires and expectations and if that feels more like wishful thinking, this will give the Sun, Mercury and Pluto something to work towards.

It is after the Sun leaves that Mercury’s true worth will come into play. Until Mercury leaves on 11th February he will give you the smart head for money needed to keep your head in the game during what will be Pluto’s final months in your financial sector, with the planet of change and revolution finally leaving on 24th March. This will leave your financial sector empty for the first time in over 14 years, though not for long, with Pluto returning on 11th June to spend the rest of the year tying up loose ends. However, taking advantage of that gap from 24th March to 11th June will be Venus and Mars, with the first planetary activity on the income front this year kicking off on 26th March, just two days later. This is when Mars will return for his first visit in two years, firing up a drive to fight for what you deserve until leaving on 21st May. It is while Mars is here that Venus, the planet of money will return from 8th May to 6th June to begin what can be the most lucrative weeks of any year, with the Sun and Mercury eventually wrapping things up on 23rd July.

Gemini Love Horoscope for 2023

As is the case in most years, all the planetary activity on the romantic and relationship fronts is in the second half of the year. That doesn’t mean that matters of the heart and your relationships will have to wait until later in the year for any support. Not only are there other things going on in the first half of the year, but the impact from planetary activity on the romantic and relationship fronts in the latter part of 2022 is still running its course. In addition, the Moon will continue to return to both your romantic and relationship sectors every four weeks and one of the most important of those visits will be a Full Moon in your romantic sector on 6th April. While this can always give the spirit of romance a boost and is the most romantically charged Full Moon of 2023, the timing also makes this significant.

Running ahead of schedule Venus, the planet of love will return to Gemini from 11th April to 8th May, returning to update your romantic and relationship expectations for the coming year long before your birthday month and new solar year begin. Returning just five days after this romantically charged Full Moon, Venus can keep the spirit of romance alive. Equally well timed is a Full Moon in your relationship sector on 4th June, something that can be a more challenging experience as it puts a balance between your personal and relationship needs to the test. Fortunately, Venus is on hand once again. By this point the planet of love will have rushed so far ahead of the Sun that she will be forced to slow down, with a retrograde turn keeping her in your communication sector from 6th June to 9th October.

Normally Venus will spend just 24 days giving your heart and your relationships a voice, but she is here for four months and more importantly, returning just two days after the Full Moon in your relationship sector will return in time to give this a voice. Meanwhile, Mars will make his first visits to your romantic and relationships sectors in two years in 2023, leading off a period of planetary activity on the romantic front that will run from his return on 8th August to the Sun’s departure on 22nd October. Held back by a retrograde phase, Venus will make a standalone visit from 8th November to 5th December. By then planetary activity on the relationship front will be underway with Mercury, the planet of communication kicking things off on 10th November. Between then and 23rd January 2024 the Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars will move through, making November and December the most important relationship months of 2023.

Gemini Career Horoscope for 2023

As you move into the new professional year it has only been 11 days since Jupiter, the planet of luck and expansion left your career sector and having spent much of 2022 with Neptune, the planet of dreams and fantasies this allows you to begin the new professional year with high hopes. If you move into the new professional year with a wish list rather than a list of resolutions then you are on track, for this is one time when Jupiter has been able to leave things open ended. While Jupiter retrograded into and out of your career sector last year he has worked with Neptune, who has been here since 2012 to revisit old professional dreams or to build new dreams for the future. If it feels like you haven’t got past the dreaming phase then let me introduce you to 2023, the year when help arrives to turn dreams into reality.

The planet that can do that is Saturn, the hard taskmaster of the cosmos whose focus is as far away from the dream as possible, with his focus more on discipline, structure and on doing whatever it takes for as long as it takes. If there is one planet that can help you turn dreams into reality it is Saturn and especially when he not only meets up with Neptune, the planet of dreams here for the first time in our lifetime on 8th March but to spend the next three years together. Before then there is a chance to get career matters up to speed in the more short term way that happens in the early months of each year. While the Sun won’t return to your career sector until 19th February, something that will always turn the solar spotlight onto your career and professional situation, matters and options at this time each year, Venus will get the ball rolling when she returns from 27th January to 20th February.

This will give Venus time alone with Neptune, with the planets of desire and dreams able to fire up your wish list. With the Sun here until 21st March and Mercury giving you a chance to get your head in the game from 3rd March to 19th March, they will be here when Saturn returns to begin three of the most powerful years on the career front in three decades. Meanwhile, while there is continuous planetary activity in your career sector, has been for over a decade and will be for another three years, that is not the case on the job front. With all the planetary activity in your work sector for the year starting with Mars’ return on 12th October and ending with Venus’ departure on 30th December, this is when you will find the most action, activity and movement on the job front. Mars’ time here, from 12th October to 24th November will be the engine driving things on the job front this year.
