Tell us about any formal training you've had developing your psychic abilities or helping others.
I am an ordained minister and licensed spiritual life coach, Shamanic Priestess who facilitates women's empowerment workshops. I am also a yoga instructor & wellness coach. I teach guided meditation and visualization as a way to connect with our highest self and God.
Why is sharing your gift important to you?
I feel we all have gifts that we come into this lifetime with and sharing them with others is the main purpose for having those gifts. I have used my intuition and psychic abilities to learn and grow as an individual and sharing the messages I receive from God with others is just a natural effortless act of service. It is my life's purpose.
Can people influence or change their own destiny?
Yes, we all have free will. We co-create our destiny/future by our thoughts, words, and actions. My favorite mantra is "my words are my wand." When I am given insight into someone's future I will share what I am given from Spirit with full knowledge that nothing is set in stone. We each have the opportunity to change our situations by how we choose to react to any given situation. Remember, we all are spiritual beings having a human experience. Trust, faith, and gratitude! The elixirs of life.
Describe any physical sensations you experience when giving a reading.
When I give a reading I tap into my connection with Spirit and my clients energy and immediately begin seeing visions and hearing words. When I get a psychic hit I feel chill bumps and know that the information is vital to give. I feel the vibrations of unconditional love of Angels and the Spirit realm.
How do you de-stress?
I teach and practice the Law of Attraction and live in the moment. My work as a Spiritual Advisor and Psychic Counselor is my passion and is a gift. Being grateful keeps me from being stressed. Living in the moment and having a deep appreciation for life is the key for me. I also live on a beautiful lake, and that in itself is a big de-stressor. Yoga, meditation, prayer, writing, and simply being in nature are part of my daily life.
